Phuket Chess Club is exactly what it sounds like — a bunch of people who love chess, meeting up twice a week to push pawns, trade ideas and make friends. Total beginner who just learned how the horse moves? Seasoned player hunting for a proper fight? Either way, pull up a chair — all levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced players.
We meet every Wednesday and Saturday from 7:30 PM to 2:00 AM at Jerusalem Restaurant Patong — good food, good company, and boards going late into the night. Come for one game or stay for ten. Every move makes you stronger!

Both. Jerusalem Restaurant Patong has air-conditioned seating indoors and open-air tables outside, so you can pick your climate. If you bring a pet, take one of the outdoor tables.
Yes — the restaurant is pet friendly. Bring your dog along and grab one of the outdoor tables; that's where pets are welcome.
